Flesh Design is a unique take on decor, furniture, gardening, food, fashion and lifestyle, everything under the sun. We visit design ideas, artists, exhibitions and museums, homes, trendy shops, art and food markets, festival and musical events and street art. My Design company creates out of the box functionality for any space if its your bathroom, your shop or your wedding reception each piece has its presence. By default I am influenced by industrial, quirky vintage with social humour and the world around me taking a bite from each experience.
I re-invented with the help of an article I found googling by 'Google' been my biggest source of reference; a modern and beneficial self sufficient culture easy to incorporate in any size home wherever you are on the globe and not only brings fresh harvest but life into your space.
I never
in my wildest dreams grew up around a self sufficient system but grew into it as I became more aware
and responsible for my family's welfare and the world that surrounds it, been
aware of the lack of the earth’s resources and the circulating floods caused by
the process and production we take to gain this resource is unbelievable.

White
makes room for Vintage
If you
are a collector as I or just even a lover of anything vintage this
space will work well with your home. This works well with small spaces which
creates an illusion of a something bigger giving you more to play with and then balance it off by adding in a
unique centre piece bringing in mass. White walls are proven to be ecologically beneficial especially for if you plan on growing indoors. You can easily make collecting vintage
furniture a hobby and you can never plan what you will find just start off by visiting your local junkyards
and garage sales, second hand shops, hospices and your antique stores. And I find treasure everywhere I
go even just visiting family and friends. Splash your walls white and then
invite in pieces that mark your space. Good luck!

Herb
garden in your kitchen
Herbs can be ornamental and both practical,
famously known for their fragrance, tasting good, and some are highly
nutritious and their medicinal qualities. And growing some of your favourite
culinary herbs in pots just steps away from your kitchen for easy harvesting is
as easy as just starting. I love cooking for loved ones and there’s nothing
like freshly harvested rosemary tossed in with roasted potatoes or chopped
basil topping a bowl of pasta.
The convenience of harvesting your herbs seconds away
from your kitchen, making cooking and entertaining a feast. It’s easy to get started;
I read a lot into gardening and farming before I got the guts to start my own
gardening and I started and still prefer indoor gardening or growing your herbs
and vegetables in containers. Herbs adapt so well to containers that you can grow
an impressive collection even if you have nowhere to garden but on a balcony or
in a window box.
Keeping your
climate in mind and determining your growing season, lighting and sun been an essential at least a minimum of six hours,
sufficient water, and containers with sufficient drainage, preferably organic
potting soil and compost or any of the two. I collect my own containers and you
can make your own containers out of anything like glass, cans, plastic bottles,
tyres, crates, kitchenware whatever you can find, making your garden a prized

curtains
My ideal
home is just plain Jain with a splash of everything else collected and
designing a home for me and others. Every home needs a personal signature if it’s
your glass chandelier or even your welcome mat. DIY is fun to do and for some
relaxing and been able to create whatever you can imagine all left to do is
figure out how to make it come alive. I love fabric and my ability to sew I quickly
came across choosing my own fabrics to incorporate in my home and they look
great with your kitchen, bathroom and bath and shower curtains. It’s always fun walking into the
fabric shop you will almost always find something.
